Q.When can you be there?
A.We work with our customer’s time schedule. We offer next day service in most cases, depending on the customer’s time schedule.
Q. Do we have to make a decision on the repair at the time of the original service call?
A. No, we allow up to 30 days for our customer to make a decision with the diagnosis fee being applied toward the labor cost.
Q. Are all repair cost given before repairs are made?
A. Yes, the customer receives a written diagnosis with the repair cost up front. No repairs are made till we have final approval from the owner of the appliance.
Q. When is payment made?
A. The diagnosis fee is paid at the time of service. On some occasions we may have to return with the part in this case we collect the diagnosis fee as a deposit towards the final repair. It is not added on top of the labor cost. Final payment is collected after the Repair is made.
Q. What forms of Payment do you take?
A. We accept all Major Credit Cards, checks and cash.
